BBI Construction Management, Inc. offers a variety of services for potential customers.
- Construction Management - The construction management approach is a relatively new approach to the construction industry. BBI began specializing in construction management in 1997 and has completed many successful projects using the CM method for various clients over the course of the last ten years.
The CM approach allows for BBI’s clients to receive the full benefit of its team members experience and skill. By involving BBI early on in a project, clients may utilize BBI’s project assessment and valuable engineering skills to better streamline their project and realize enhanced value for their project. For selected projects BBI performs such trades as demolition, concrete and carpentry when it is clearly an enhancement to the project. By self-performing these trades, BBI reduces construction costs and transfers savings and value to its clients.
General Contracting - The general contracting approach is the more traditional of construction practices. BBI has been providing these services to the State of Florida for more than 28 years. Its highly qualified and experienced management team specializes in educational, new commercial construction, renovation and interior build outs.
- Design / Build - BBI will assist the owner throughout the design process by teaming with an architect / engineer that is experienced in design of the type of structure the client needs. BBI will then work with the architect / engineer in meeting the owners needs during the design process. BBI can then help with pre-construction and construction services.
